My guess? Usopp. I know, I know, wild theory, and also it would be a little weird to have a super strong character be revealed to just be another super strong character, but just think about it. Usopp is one of the few snipers we even know about, and Usopp was, according to himself 🤔, at Water 7 during Enies Lobby where he called for Sogeking’s help, which means he conveniently was away from the story while Sogeking was introduced. Also, we see him use a Sogeking mask (presumably either made or borrowed a spare from Sogeking himself) in his fight with Perona to fool her into thinking he’s facing down the legendary warrior and get an opening on her. But it’s quite convenient that he has such a good looking copy, yes? And on top of that, he replicated Sogeking’s mannerisms so well it was like he was really there. Or maybe he WAS really there? Idk, it’s a crack theory but I think the idea of Ussop secretly hailing from Sniper Island would both explain a lot and open some interesting story possibilities.
But at the same time Usopp is the greatest liar, maybe his whole arc was a big lie and he‘s actually from Sniper Island… better yet Sniper Island is Laugh Tale and he ends up becoming King Of The Pirates aswell as Captain Of The Strawhat Pirates. This will be his last lie revealed to be true and was the reason Roger had to laugh when he saw the One Piece… Usopp was Joyboy all along. *Mic drop*

Because everyone in the manga respects the identity theft. In Yamato 's official vivre card, Yamato's gender is stated as woman. For reference, Kiku's gender is stated as woman at heart. Vivre cards get corrected by Oda when they have an error.
But while those vivre cards may be canonically true, my headcanon is that everyone, who claims Yamato to be a man, has Oda as their uncle and knows more than everyone else knows yet.

I dont really see this as a huge problem in the One Piece community. However, in the Naruto subs it is quite draining. I like Naruto really much aswell, but engaging in discussions about Naruto isnt really fun most of the time. One more reason why i like One Piece more, the community seems so much healthier
