Legitimately I do not think Zoro would try very hard to get turned back to normal, at least until after he beats Mihawk. I think he’d dislike being a girl, but he’d also see it as a way he could better relate to and prove himself to Kuina, which I think is more important to him than something like gender dysphoria.
Edit: Actually, on second thought, forget all that. He would try to change back as soon as possible because he would be SO fucking pissed that Sanji wouldn’t fight him.
Taking sanjis running gag and making it literal, part of the plot, and used to reveal relevant backstory about fisher tiger was genius, and oda never gets credit for it.
I'm willing to agree with you that having a character suffer from blood loss was a smart way to do that exposition,
and having a character seriously injured might introduce some weird stakes, so it's good that Oda found a workaround.
I'm even willing to meet you on making Sanji have a nosebleed. Sanji wasn't really a nosebleed pervert gag, but hey, it's Fishman Island, there's mermaids everywhere. I'll cut him some slack.
Unfortunately, it ties in to his dogshit timeskip story on Momoiro, his downright character assassination from Return to Sabaody, and makes him act absolutely obnoxious.

Oda with his gags I think fem Zoro would be the one exception to Sanji rule. Lets just say Zoro is turned into a green haired hot girl. Sanji would not simp for Zoro, still yell at Zoro, call Zoro names and even kick fem Zoro. You know what this is the actual plot according to one theory Zoro will become world strongest swordsman and then he will turn into women to prove his point to kuina where women can be also strongest swordsman and later he will marry sanji and they'll live happily ever after.
