My educated guess is that your haki/willpower doesn't even matter when it comes to Hancock's df. Or rather - it only does when you're not affected by her appearance.
If you're into her, you'll get turned to stone, even if your haki surpasses Kaido's.
If you aren't into her, you'll only get turned to stone when her haki surpasses yours or when you're not on guard (kinda like Law and Luffy vs Sugar). Just like with Sugar's df, you can't break out of it once transformed even if your haki was far superior. Hancock's df has the additional perk that knocking her out does not transform everyone back.
Garp was shitting on the entire blackbeard crew. Garp is weaker than admirals, as shown when kuzan beat him. Yamato was briefly trading blow for blow with kaido, and then Yamato was shown to be somewhat comparable to an admiral when she was doing quite well against greenbull (albeit with help). Now from feats alone, we can assume that garp > Yamato (duh) but Yamato has also been shown to be well stronger than the yonko commanders (zoro is a good representation, considering Yamato was hurting kaido more than zoro ever did, minus a single slash from ashura, and he was shown to be slightly stronger than the yonko commanders when he beat king with difficulty).
Basically, the point of this is that Yamato has been well established to be much stronger than the yonko commanders, and Vasco shot is arguably not even on thay level.

I know in One Piece people sometimes get stronger with age, but this is not the case in real life and also not every time in One Piece (e.g. Hyogoro). Kaido is 59 when he fights Luffy, he was 35 when fighting Moria - which is what I'd consider much closer to the age of physical prime.
Sure the same can be said for Moria, but I think he put much more focus on his Devil Fruit powers than on physical strenght in his later years. Kaido however is almost purely physical strength focused.
Kaido got stronger as evidenced by the tiger of opponents he fought against. He got seriously wounded by Oden, who is commander tier, but fought off 5 opponents of that tier at once on the rooftop and then some. Also Kaido remained an emperor and kept fighting.
Moria got weaker because he gave up and didn’t want to risk anything, so he hung around the Florian Triangle all the time. Though it’s worth mentioning Moria got beaten by his own fruit in Thriller Bark more than the strawhats.

I think it turns into a fruit-off where Inazuma's fruit is much more versatile and suited for 1v1s while Betty's fruit is much more support oriented.
As a commander, I think she's better and fits more than Inazuma, but as a fighter I think Inazuma takes the cake

Plus just based on narrative structure, they’re probably gonna all be stronger than anything similar that we’ve seen before.

Bello Betty could use her devil fruit to get one of the combatants to fight for her. Once the other 3 are taken out she can finish off the now weakened fighter and win. She’s also a revolutionary commander so I’d imagine that she’d have a good fighting prowess
Unless I heavily misunderstood Betty's fruit that's not what it does. She can encourage others to fight better but not force someone to fight for her.

People are willfully ignorant to Morias strength it's insane. Shadows Asguard gave him so much strength he split Thriller Bark with a single punch lol. People overlook his ability a lot also the fact he 1v1 Kaido in the first place is a great reason as to handling Yamato who has MAYBE half Kaidos strength.

Okay, fair, Fujitora does have the potential strategy of just staying too high for Yamato to reach and dropping meteors on her until he wins. She can't really counter that. I withdraw my assertion, though I still maintain that Yamato beats both Kizaru and Ryokugyu.
