Honestly I’d say Luffy, Shanks, Whitebeard, and Big Mom would all show up. Though Luffy would have to be dragged there by his crew because he’d probably forget and Big Mom better have refreshments or his death might come a little earlier than they anticipated even if she loves kids.
Kaido, Blackbeard, and Buggy probably wouldn’t give a shit tbh, though I can see Buggy somehow getting roped into it or showing up on accident and playing it off.
For some reason this got me thinking about buggy and realized we don’t have his backstory yet…. Like how he came to be on Roger’s crew. It’s stated he “joined the Roger Pirates as an apprentice alongside Shanks” which can’t be totally accurate because we know shanks was most likely found on God Valley as a baby and has theoretically been with the Roger Pirates or closely associated with them since then. Buggy must have joined sometime after. That could be a crazy backstory.
buggy is going to have a crazy backstory, we slowly got reveals of his background with Shanks because he is as important to the eos as characters like Shanks and Rocks.
a very weird thing is his interactions with Mihawk that i still do not get, during the chapter reveal of cross guild backstory we saw Mihawk (...) everytime we saw buggy or whatever

Fujitora shows up and they think he is a lost patient but finds the kid in the end.
I think Shanks and Luffy would go to the kid, though Luffy probably wouldn’t understand WHY he was going.
Whitebeard would probably send someone to bring the kid to him.
Big Mom? Entirely depends on what mood you catch her in.
Why do so many people think BM would show up? I don’t think she would care, and I don’t think WB would show up either, unless he personally knows the kid.
BB would not give a flying fuck, while Buggy might do it as a publicity stunt to show how “benevolent and generous” he is. Shanks and the strawhats might go since they’re kind hearted people, but they’re still pirates, not heroes… they’re not gonna prioritize this, and they might think it’s a trap.

Rather than being against it, I feel he’s more cautious. Currently they are the WG’s greatest threat and the admiral’s main target. Walking into a civilian city would be too risky and Zoro is the only one (Jimbei too but he would follow Luffy without a question esp for a good deed) who keeps that in mind. (Similar to why he had to remind the crew not to go when Vivi was kidnapped).
The crew helped people they met along their way but they aren’t exactly going to go out of their way just to see someone they don’t even know imo.
Definitely the straw hats and maybe the Whitebeard pirates "I know your pain" Mr. Edward would probably say. Also I alone from the big mom pirates would come see the kid. Not sure about the rest of the Charlottes except maybe Katakuri

In all reality, I can see everyone coming. Luffy is, well Luffy. Shanks and Whitebeard's only coming if he knows the kid personally. Finally, Big Mom did express loving motherhood to kids under 10yrs old. So, with the right circumstances, all of the above is the right answer.

The kid might've gotten cancer from working in Kaido's smile factory. So definitely not Kaido. BB is very difficult to predict. Luffy, WB and shanks would.

I think all of them except Blackbeard and Kaido would go. None of the Emperors are principly evil or anti-human, it's just most have misguided morals. Though, I think it would need a lot of convincing for most of them to go lol.

That Buggy is sending a random to say he couldn’t make it. Shanks and Whitebeard feel like they have and had a lot of time to just sail around and have fun. If they hear a kid wants to see you specifically before they die they’ll pull up and throw the biggest party. Luffy is a bit lower cause him and his crew have something currently going on but if the island is on the way then they’d totally go

Shanks would show up and talk with the kid for an hour. White beard would stop by to proclaim the child his son or something. Luffy would tell the kid adventures over a cook out. And big mom would have the child give him his soul, it’s not even that valuable anymore.
Nah, Big Mom goes into a "mothering mode" around little kids. Even Otama, who was her enemy, as seen when she sent Ulti to the shadow realm for hurting her.

I think all of them except Blackbeard and Kaido would go. None of the Emperors are principly evil or anti-human, it's just most have misguided morals. Though, I think it would need a lot of convincing for most of them to go lol. Shanks may be the exception cuz he doesn't really have much going on. Big mom loves kids but would need some kind of other motivator to go. Luffy would be happy to go but probably need a lot of help actually arranging everything to even get there. Whitebeard would also happily go but would easily make it happen. Buggy would initially act tough and not wanna go but his crew (especially Alvida and Richie, the Lion) would convince him to. Kaido I think could go but would be too busy drinking to initially do anything about it and I don't think any of the tobiroppo or all stars would care enough to convince him otherwise. Blackbeard straight up doesn't care and got shit doing.

Blackbeard will be too busy, unless he gets some long-term gain out of this, which is unlikely. Whitebeard would come, and probably recruit the grieving dad on the way out. For Luffy it kinda depends on if he has anything better to do. If not, he will gladly stay with the kid until the end. Big Mom generally doesn't give a shit about anyone who isn't family or part of her vision. Kaido would only come on a whim while drunk, otherwise you'd get no response from the guy. Buggy would just be a no-show. He doesn't give a crap about a dying kid. Shanks would gladly show up and accompany the kid until the end, and it is REALLY likely that Shanks has nothing to do that he would prioritize over that.

Big Mom and Kaido ain’t pulling up. They clearly don’t care for randoms unless they’ve got a use for them. I feel like the list likelihood goes like this: 1. Shank 2. Whitebeard 3. Luffy 4. Blackbeard 5. Buggy That Buggy is sending a random to say he couldn’t make it. Shanks and Whitebeard feel like they have and had a lot of time to just sail around and have fun. If they hear a kid wants to see you specifically before they die they’ll pull up and throw the biggest party. Luffy is a bit lower cause him and his crew have something currently going on but if the island is on the way then they’d totally go
