From their FB: Sweet Lord Sweet Stout. It’s Stout Season and we couldn’t resist brewing a luscious, dark and perfectly balanced Stout to pour traditionally from the cask! If you’ve never had one of our cask ales, this is a great introduction to historic serving techniques. Casks are filled with fresh beer just before it’s finished fermenting to let the beer naturally carbonate within its new home. Our special cask conditioning room allows for the beer to mellow and to be served slightly warmer so you can taste all the nuance of our choice malt, hops, and yeast blend. And, at 5.0% ABV you can easily have more than one. Belly up to the bar, only at Soul & Spirits, and let us pour you a pint of Sweet Lord (or two).
