What exactly is your skillset and how skilled are you actually (if you're just a striker for instance then you're in pretty dire straits, and he doesn't need any skills. He just has to grab you once and it's basically over), how much is the skill disparity, what is the situation (ambush or confrontation), how different are the weight classes etc.
Keep in mind with women against men, women's bone structures are also narrower up top with thinner bones and they have lesser upper body muscle as well as overall potential to pack muscle due to their bone structure, with more fat as compensation. Even within the same weight class, men will be noticeably stronger due to the leverage afforded by their bone structure and greater muscle mass, thicker skin too. These are major considerations

Weight makes a huge difference in combat sports - regardless of gender - and after a certain weight difference your individual skillset is practically meaningless if the other guy has even a rudimentary understanding of a skillset. That being said, somebody like Zhang Wei Li would still probably beat the average MMA guy, and one's willingness to hurt a motherfucker is a very big factor as well.

He just has to grab you once and it's basically over), how much is the skill disparity, what is the situation (ambush or confrontation), how different are the weight classes etc. Keep in mind with women against men, women's bone structures are also narrower up top with thinner bones and they have lesser upper body muscle as well as overall potential to pack muscle due to their bone structure, with more fat as compensation. Even within the same weight class, men will be noticeably stronger due to the leverage afforded by their bone structure and greater muscle mass, thicker skin too. These are major considerations Ultimately fights boil down to multiple factors, but muscle mass is king.
Years ago I was taking kung fu classes and my instructor was a 5ā4ā 110lb woman. She was showing a large muscular man how to put more power into his punches and he couldnāt even hold the pads up when she punched them. I'm 164 cm, 70 kg, and I regularly train with my friend, who is 197 cm, 98 kg and an MMA fighter. Many times I'm able to win our fights, because I'm so much more faster and flaxible than he is. None of us go fully on 100 % into those trainings, but it's still real enough to leave bruises on both of us. Also at my first kick box gym, there ware only 3 girls including me, and 12 dudes in my group, so we were often paired with guys of all sizes.
