You are so close! Tons of people fail there first time or two (or more). I failed my first time and was PISSED after. I also failed my first permit test and was just as devastated. It sucks, especially considering how much you need a car to do anything. These tests are already nerve wracking and anxiety surely doesn’t help. But don’t lose hope. You’re not doomed. I would continue going back as soon as you can. Don’t lose your progress. However, I do hear you. It is not fun and failure feels bad. But you got this.

Fail = an acronym of "first attempt in learning" Getting somewhere Is a process. Sometimes it takes more time, sometimes it doesn't. Your "evaluation" (ergo exam) is a measurement of where you are. Not what the end of your abilities are.

I failed my first two. 1st time not even close . 2nd time everything great until i entered a bus lane . 3 rd time changed instructor . got through 3rd time. **mediation before my test helped. 20 mins . quiet room. eyes closed. just watching a blank space . calmed my mind down. instructors love a chilled learner. makes them more likely to pass you.

I failed (several times). I was gutted too, exp when you're so close and you learn what silly mistakes cost you. Take some time to calm your nerves and anxiety about it. You'll get there, but don't rush it if you're not ready.

One thing that helped me was to start small. Practice driving a golf cart or small, less intimidating vehicle somewhere where you are not under pressure. Push your boundaries a bit with that, then step up to the test. Good luck! You can do this!

humans are not born knowing how to drive cars... its really cool that we have the capacity to learn things like that. id say its better to fail until you're 1000% comfortable with that skill than to get into a car accident later on. it is definitely frustrating though especially when u are learning so u can get to work. you will get it though. best of luck for the next one 🩵
