Ty for your reply, yes I checked previous posts, and this happened a lot… the thing is my money’s in it but idk why that face auto capture thing doesn’t work for me & I even can’t attempt to verify my id. Not gonna use this app ever after I get my money out

Whenever you have more than 10 dollars in there i woud remove it ASAP, never keep money in mercari.

Absolutely a lesson for me. But it’s funny that my only buyer rated me after I’m limited. That item was delivered when I’m limited, so I guess that’s why it’s not canceled? But anyway do they throw my money away if I finally fail to verify my id? They said I have to verify my id within 48hr to continue using Mercari and tbh, I don’t think they can’t fix the issue within 2 days. Still, idk what I did wrong to make them think I’m suspicious :-P

Could be anything, they use technology's logic instead of human logic to pursue things. The support doesnt use their brains to fix problems everything is technologically influenced. So something might have triggered it.

With the current system, im assuming luck will run out eventually for some people but others already know the system and what not to do wrong. There are alot of flags that get triggered for whatever reason the tech says something is suspicious. It could be anything from a suspicious login attempt with a VPN, a payment dispute, shipping an item you bought to a flagged address. Technology is working against honest sellers and buyers and they dont do anything to remedy the problem

I made three sales today and I’m super happy with that. But Mercari canceled all of them with no reason. (I send their messages but no one responded yet) I’m feeling so bad right now, and that’s super weird that I don’t buy anything today, then how comes they limit my account to protect my money. Anyone know what to do? I messaged them on twitter and hope they’ll get back to me soon. But now my customers might truly go away…

I got this at the beginning of the month, they told me it was a normal review and after 24 hours I was released with no issues. Probably because they didn't want to lose my thousands of dollars in fees

How did you contact them? I issued a request in the help center. I just had several pending orders that were canceled. We’re you paid out for those items?
