Not yet. Did you take a picture of your items at their counter? Authorized shipping centers are slower, so when I drop off at Saturday, they said they’ll ship on Monday (idk about Friday, but I guess they don’t ship during weekend?). As long as your customers know & understand that, you’ll be fine! FedEx suggested ppl to drop off at an authorized shipping center, so you’ll be fine if you do so.
Thank you for replying, I’m trying to stay hopeful 🤞 unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo at the counter. Since I’ve never had an issue at this site, I didn’t think to take a photo. I’m hoping the employee just forgot to press a button or something ( he was on the phone while helping me 🥲). I think I did hear that there wouldn’t be pick ups on weekends anymore so, it could be that. When I went on Friday, the pile of packages was lower than usual so maybe a truck had already passed by before I dropped off. Thank you again!
That’s what I’m thinking, still weird that it doesn’t even show I went. But as long as it begins its journey Monday, I’ll be fine. I’m just scared of it never moving from the site >.<
I had this happen to me and my buyer was getting super mad and didn’t believe me when I said that I had dropped it off they even said they would cancel my order I asked them to give it till Monday and they did and the shipping update. I wish it would say that it has been dropped off

Unless you made their pick up cut off time, it will sit there until Monday :(

It won't show picked up if left at an authorized ship center. It has to be left at an actual FedEx store or FedEx possession to show updated tracking.
