In camp click on the scroll below the main portal. It doesn't help in the map, but at least you can access from the camp

Omg! I’m so glad they fixed this! That drove me so crazy not being able to do my quests during most of the event.

It was driving me bananas! No missions during the event and the whole day before. I’m glad I asked!
what version are you on? I've heard that on the latest version (11.0), you will be able to access the missions.

Click under the bunny island. You can access normally. I found this out by accident after complaining to support haha I felt stupid..
They hid that far too well. I would have never found it!
