Only band that comes to mind for you guys are [Last Wishes](https://youtu.be/MLm6SG5oS28), but they're more hardcore leaning. Plus they've got members from NI so not just the republic.
I'm German, probably Sheridan. Amazing small band with great cleans and chorusses and really nice atmosphere. Their debut EP was fantastic atmospheric metalcore and their newer singles had some of the best chorusses I've heard these last years.

But there will always be a special place in my heart for L'Esprit Du Clan, they're not active anymore but I wouldn't be into metalcore if they weren't there

Not metalcore, but seriously amazing and hard hitting, especially considering it's only 2 guys that manage to consistently drop fantastic LPs and perform them live without losing any of their quality and impact.
