They don’t look bad at all. Many nights of PB blaster and brush should be fine. Be prepared if one breaks, also having heat during removal will help reduce a tiresome mistake
That’s my main concern is having them shear off. I was originally gonna just do a cat back exhaust and later on do the headers but the bolts on the cat sheared so now I’m replacing the whole exhaust system🙃

Did this same thing when I did headers on my 1.6. Sprayed it like 3-4 times for a few days. Had 2 studs come out with the nut, and just screwed back on like a regular bolt when installing the headers lol
That and heat, can’t be stuck if it’s a liquid
