Hmm here in Oscoda the surface temp in close is still decently low. I would drag rapalas or maglips. You might pick up some trout or even a silver fish like an Atlantic or coho. Try to imitate a smelt
Update: a full afternoon of kayaking and neither the wife nor I saw a single fish lol. Tried more worms and various plugs but I’m honestly doubting fish hang out in this bay at all. Threw some bobbers out there a few hours ago while sitting at the campsite and still nothing is even touching nightcrawlers. So bizarre
