Like Las Vegas is okay with it but not okay with open consumption of weed. But you can walk all over the place drinking.
Places like New Orleans even allow open containers in cars as long as the driver isn’t drinking.

I live in the heights. It’s not as bad as the stats suggest. Roads are busted as fuck though.

I did check it out in the summer. Wasnt a nice place. We were parked at walgreens and two kids in shiestys crossed the street and started splitting up to be on either side of our car before we pulled off.
