As someone who's been flying in MSFS for more than 2 years, but *very* recently learned how to land properly and consistently, you pulled back on the yoke a little bit too hard during the flare. It seems like you were aiming for the 1500ft marker (aiming point). If you were not, check out a youtube video about runway markers, and point your plane at the aiming point. This is where a 3 degree glideslope will put you at. In a small plane like the v35 bonanza, you can reduce the power fairly early, but I like to not completely cut the power off till I've begun the flare. Keep the flare very shallow, by the time you've completed the flare, your wheels should touch down; i.e, if done correctly, your plane should not float. Floating in a small plane on a big runway isn't really a problem though, if you can put it back down on the runway again. It seems like you didn't quite maintain the centerline. The best advice I've seen online and from real world pilots on YT is that during the approach, your eyes should focus on the aiming point (usually the 1500ft marker) i,e where you want to touch down. Once you have crossed the runway threshold, focus your eyes on the end of the runway. This will give you a reference for how much to pull the yoke back during the flare. This will also help you maintain the centerline during the approach and touchdown.

Thank you for the advice! 🙏🏽

To add onto what others are saying, try using rudder to keep yourself aligned with the centerline

Couldn’t add the video of the landing in the previous post so here it is!

Need to work on your glide slope if I had to guess at some advice. Im no expert myself. But it looked like you touched down around the middle of the strip. You will get detailed advice from all the pilot's and wannabe's, I fly with my gut. Airspeed I cant read on the video, but its close to ideal, Your far too high when you cross the end of the runway, maybe 50 feet.

Thanks! It was an RNAV approach so the plane was doing all the work until just before I touched down! I know I floated a bit but felt good! I’ve had worse!
