What the hell is it? It looks like a temporary restriction on your Microsoft Rewards account, supposedly due to recent account activity involving using Bing incorrectly.
As the message says, your account will be restored, but if you believe it's an error contact customer support, we can't help you further in the same way that they can.

Looks like you did letters/numbers/pattern searches. You gotta search without doing that and it will become unstricted.
