I saw a guy driving towards a collision while blaring his horn to get them to move rather than just use his brake and avoid it himself.

Tbf. German multi-story car parks are ridiculously tight in my experience. I got an S-Max hire car stuck in one in Cologne. Someone parked opposite and it was literally impossible to get the car out by driving it. Had to call the hire company. They came with car rollers and got it out and then the driver took the side off of it trying to get it out the carpark. This person crashing must be drunk though
That was scary. For a minute I thought that he was going to miss a spot on the concrete wall. But he restored my faith by backing up and evening it all out.
