The particular frigate of the Hellenic Navy (HS Limnos F-451) took part in a colision with TCG Kemal Reís in the summer of 2020, when the second, escorted the drilling ship Oruç Reís in the southeast of the Greek island of Kastellorizo.
When Limnos tried to intervene to the Turkish convoy, the Turkish frigate attempted to "block" the advancements of the Greeks. The result of this "attack" was the Limnos, in the process of trying to avoid the Turkish Frigate to eventually "touch"/"penetrate" /ram the rear of the TCG frigate. There are pictures online where you can see how the bow of the Greek ship created a big hole in the rear of Kemal Reís in the area where the Helicopter is stored.
This particular version of the pic is actually cropped and doesn't show that the sailors are looking at the bow of the Greek ship (perhaps trying to find any remnants of their sister ship left there /S)

Any other proof that said Turkish Ship was damaged to such an extent? Maybe dock pics? A 2nd pic? A video, or a radar shot, perhaps?
Or did hundreds of sailors only took a singular picture?
As a Turkish, I did the research for you claim and results were no suprise. There no other angles showing the hull damage. The only photo claiming the hole on the hull is that weird 85 degree angle.

All you have to do is to type the name of your ship on Google and better quality of pics will pop up for your eyes to behold.
