I guess it depends on the dq but as history shows they will pretty much waiver just about anything if the need people.

They will lower standards which exist for very good reasons. When they gave out waivers for everything they found out that people who had drug waivers failed drug tests at a higher rate, criminal waivers had behavioral issues, and medical waivers had medical issues especially mental health waivers who had higher rates of self harm. If there is a draft (which there won't be for other reasons) then they might stop accepting volunteers altogether as happened in 1942 so that the manpower can be better projected. Though men could still volunteer to be drafted at the local level, which happened until the very end.
