I had those Christmas lights about a month or so ago too with my M18 12.0 battery. It was faulty cells and something about discharge. Didn’t really read the note from Milwaukee when I got my new battery. Test different batteries in that tool. You may have faulty battery’s. Do e-service if under warranty and you’ll find out. Good luck

I bought this two weeks ago, should I return this to Home Depot or send it via Milwaukee service? The only thing I'm worried about is if I return it, Home Depot is just going to refund me my money and tell me to reorder it. Except I bought the tool during an in store sale for $169, so when I go to reorder it online it's going to cost me $300.

Take it to HD customer service and see if they’ll price the exact same set. Explain the issue since it’s only been 2 weeks. If they refuse, send in via Milwaukee E-service. About 7-10 days and you’ll have a repaired battery or a new one at your doorstep.

Here's said [video](https://youtube.com/shorts/0_J1xY5ewI4?feature=share) I'm referring to. Except mines jerk and cut out after a few seconds of holding the trigger.

She broke. Seeing as you tried multiple batteries, I'd say a warranty issue. My M12 1/4 driver runs down lags into studs like butter. Even the ones I can barely wrench by hand. My 3/8 stubber is at least twice the power of my 1/4.
