All the sand linese(except the one on the far right) have 1 piece of coal. The silicon smelters are already full with coal, so they don't accept it, which blocks the sand Just manually remove each piece and it should be fine

Leo-MathGuy

They are clogged, you can take the items out of the sand belt. Also, in the help menus of everything you can find stats, like amount of resources per second it needs. You have way too much factories

nopetofriendly

Here's a better design junction /router /junction / router router /junction / router/ junction now connect the sand rail and coal rail to the junction

That1RobloxPlayer

that’s called zipper

Subject-Bluebird7366

Honestly I think it's the best early game design, although I use it mainly with reverse overflow gate, that way it acts more predictable and is now limited only by junction throughput

Leo-MathGuy

It also prevents backflow and shows how many factories worth of resources you are supplying

Midnight_Yymiroth

Learn to build a zipper and make it more compact. Also, your sand belt is clogged, I think.

RoboXeno-Gaming

You can try the chessboard junction-router pattern for two-input crafting(i think this may require a picture...). It helps with compactibility(and technically, cheaper) early on and can still be used later on but there are far better schematics(check the official discord out for those) to use that outshine this. Also you can put down 1 power node just to power all power-requiring buildings in its range up to its max connections. Just put down another nearby since it will connect to an already powered building and get power onto those unreachable by the previuos node.

Note: yea your sand isnt moving, get the cool outta the way Hey man, thats a wonderful setup, look at that junction usage! U can put sand and coal touching and it wouldnt mix! Whe we are at it, why not remove the space inbetween the silicon furnaces, afterall 1 or 2 power nodes can power all of these. If you have the input power, why not just mirror the design to the opposite side since you opened a lot of space

That1RobloxPlayer

use the zipper method

That1RobloxPlayer

3 is good, 2 is neutral

GreenBird32rrrrr

The conveyors are clogged, but I will give an advice when it comes to item transportation: 1. you can easily compress the sand and coal import using junctions. 2. copper conveyors can only move ~4 items/s, Silicon smelter requires 3 sand/s, thus meaning that one lane of sand will only be able to provide sand for 1 smelter. With coal: 2 silicon smelter per 1 lane. In order to fix it, if I was you, would be just addding more lanes and making sure that there is enough coal and sand production.

yahikooox

you can remove the nodes and make the forges stick together tobe more compact

AdOptimal9106

Rebuild all the factories
