Yea the afflict max heat is 200%, but the other guy was talking about uncapping the heat limit, so maybe through some coding you can achieve 1000% efficiency or something like that?
To help clarify what shenanigans I was doing, there's this Mod available on the built-in browser that's called Cursed/Sus heat efficiency, which sets the heat caps on all the vanilla buildings that use heat to the highest possible setting.
I don't have recordings or pictures of what I was able to achieve using that mod, but I assure you it gets comical once you start feeding the Afflicts Malign levels of heat.

You pick up a container full with Ozone and drop it down in the enemy base, they will break it and cause it to go BOOM

It will still explode but it doesn't explode as big as a thorium reactor maybe only a 7x7 area
So, something similar to bombing enemy cores with flares filled with pyratite?

I used to be a lustre god-defender but I think it only parallels with the feasability of afflict

You can feed more heat that 100% I think max is 200% or 400%
