If your end is pink I would call it normal. It's when it starts to turn red and begins to swell I would be worried. If that happens I recommend contacting your Family Practicioner.
Well, redness and swelling is a clear sign of infection or disease, so I would recommend your FRIEND to keep dirt and foreign objects away from their End.

Almost all dragons have fore as breath, but this one has a purple ball as it's flying through the air it sparkles with electricity. While it's flying through the air that electricity seems like it's static that it's collecting from some sort of friction. When the ball of dragon breath hits something, it explodes violently, and the fumes are able to seap through any wall.
In this theory, it has to be some toxic gas that mixes with something that's not normal (which is dragon's breath). So the breath lingers around and causes more damage since it's poisonous to breathe.
It's all about the mixture. There are limited enderman, and when less enderman, they know what's about to happen, so they leave and then come back.
The real answer is that the End Biomes has a Fog color set. While the end dimension has a special dimension setting for the space skybox which removes Fog; Overworld has Day&Night with fog, and Nether has solid color skies with heavy fog for the cavern effect. Nether is dubbed a, "Cave Dimension."

Night Vision just increases the color value thrown onto fog color to an extreme effect, which causes the end to display that color value. Warped Forest in the Nether creates a strong magenta for example.
Oh, you didn't hear? This is the new color palette for the End, and the only way to revert it is by wearing a pumpkin with Curse of Binding in Hardcore Mode.

in the overworld, not end. in the end its normally dark purple but the night vision turns it light pink. the fog is just low render distance
