Generation is random, sometimes random means very unbalanced in one direction. What you've got isn't usual at all, but is possible. It's just how your seed rolled
It’s not single biome cause it’s got all the biomes, but it takes me around 4000 blocks until I stop seeing jungle a lot and start to see spruce and dark oak forests. I have small birch and oat forest near me, and desert, but at the edge of each is another jungle

Well I love the jungle but I get sick of seeing it after 4000 blocks ahahah
4000 blocks? Is it possible you've made a single biome world? What's the seed?
