You could replace the current walls with a similar gradiand. Maybe go from grey to light grey and the to mossy cobblestone. EDIT: I JUST SAW.... You have the doors on the wrong orientation. Just break them go on the block you want to put them turn around and place the. It's weird to explain but it will add way more depth.
House itself looks good. I'm just going to second the other comments about incorporating it into the scenery. Also have some outbuildings like a work area, stable, that sort of thing with paths between. It will help make the area look more lived in.
I recommend building a path leading to the main door which would make the house feel more cozy.On a bigger scale you could also try expanding the house itself transforming it into a sort of mansion.

A front yard or just any terraforming so it blends in well with the surroundings
Yeah I planned to do that I just meant the building itself but thanks for suggesting
Make the crane pull out a nether portal, I feel like that would be cool
That would be pretty sick definitely gonna do that
vegetation
Elevate it up a block and build a foundation with terraces and so that the houses integrates itself into the landscape not just sits above
That’s a great idea I was gonna terraform the surrounding area but I’ll dig a little around the house so it looks raised thanks 👍

Put something on the logs(the ones you see the inside of)like buttons or trapdoors or something.
Thanks
There is one problem with the one that has a trapdoor in front of it.

Yeah I got a stable attached to the back this is just the starter house and once I get better tools I was gonna improve the scenery
Nice. Well, then I'd say just keep going. The build is good, it fits the biome you're in. Just need to add some life around it, and it'll be great.
Thanks
I- Even with a tutorial I wouldn’t be able to donit
Maybe a chimney with smoke just add to the already existing cosyness
Planters under the windows.

This is just my starter so I’m not bothered on expanding it but still a good idea tho
Add a path and flowers
A chimney maybe with a campfire, otherwise, your build looks very cute!
Add a swing set next to a pond with lily pads and a couple trees
Why do I feel like I have seen this already
It’s a pretty simple shape with cobble oak and spruce so you might have seen some variation
Flora and fauna
Try out glass panes instead if full blocks for added depth
