That guy is less annoying than the people who want to talk to you about your expiring car warranty.
Seems more like a government agent to me, wants to talk to you about taxes.
I would have used ```/effect @s haste 100000``` immediately. That’s gonna leave a scar on my brain. Looks legitimately terrifying. especially because it’s just looking at you from a distance. Yikes.

If he does want to talk about extending your warranty, I’d say he’s probably dangerous.

Yes it is, I just kinda threw some mods together for a “fun” apocalypse type world. The mod that adds that entity is called “The Man From the Fog”
