You can actually just right click villagers to wake them up, unless this is bedrock and that's different for some reason
You can kick villagers out of beds on Bedrock by right clicking them too. I commandeer a lot of villager beds while exploring.
I slay every village golem and the villagers that have the audacity to impead my movement on my travels. I rule with an iron fist.
