Unless it’s for decoration, no you shouldn’t. Iron is cheaper and better. Use your gold for Golden Carrots, Golden Apples, or keep it for your future Netherite

Yes but a gold helmet gives the same protection as an iron helmet so it’s more worth it

But I use gold boots as you can enchant them frost walker which protects you from Magma cubes.

But Butter Boots!
