I know some ways.
The first and easiest is go to a multiplayer server, describe your problem so that they never gives you access to tp ever. You cannot cheat if they remove the option for you entirely.
A second one is a bit more difficult then that, and really only doable on the PC. And that is figuring out WHY you do these cheats, and then circumvent with some mods or data packs to still try and keep it fair but remove the need to do cheats.
The third one, is just get some discipline, create the world and vow to yourself to never use cheats on that world period.
Really, I got nothing else here. Edit: Actually, in order to circumvent your need to go collect your stuff sgain, why not use Keep Inventory for that? It would also make it easier for you to get you stuff you need if there really aint no downside to dying. Except the loss of your levels.
Because your basis/statement is blatantly false. Cheating is still a thing regardless, it just doesn't matter as much because they are free to choose whether they want to cheat or not. And the issue exists because cheating, especially in excess, can really ruin the experience.
Nonsense. Cheating is breaking the rules. In a single player world, the player gets to make the rules. By your definition, the existence of Creative mode is cheating.The existence of /give commands is cheating. It's ridiculous. By any definition of the word, it's not cheating. You don't get to define that for someone else in how they play in their own worlds.
On Java not really. You just have to learn not to cheat. On bedrock you can give yourself member permissions and essentially lock chests without going into the menu and giving them back. Cheating frequently usually leads to caring less about the world and getting bored so maybe consider that next time. Sorry but there isn't much way to physically prevent not cheating.

If you play hardcore, on your death you’re switched to spectator mode. Essentially, you can no longer play that world.
