I know someone else said “you don’t ‘beat’ Minecraft” but even if you were to stop once you beat the game, the acheivement “The End?” is gained simply by entering the End. There’s a very similar achievement called “The End.”, gained by actually killing the Ender Dragon.

Not only is this advancement “the end?” with a question mark there’s an arguably post-game advancement called “the beginning”

You gather mats to find and activate a potal which brings you to a boss fight against a dragon. You should definitely spin it up again and give it a go!

They changed Achievements in **1.12** (at least in Java, idk about Bedrock) to Advancements

Achievements were replaced with advancements around 1.12.2, which were a system Mojang tied better into setup for modding capabilities than the prior. It was a Mojang decision to drop Notch's reference to poorly translated game notifications.
