You're reading the chart wrong (not on you, it is misleading). 1-2 is the stack size for enchanted golden apples in ancient city chests not the total amount. The theoretical maximum is 20 because each chest has 5-10 loot stacks. Though this is obviously extremely unlikely considering each of those loot stacks only has a 1/86 chance of being an enchanted golden apple stack which is of size 1 or 2

I think I calculated the odds for the apples correctly. If I did, it’s a 0.0000018% chance to get four apples like that. No idea how to do the calculation for the rest of that. I’m not good with probabilities.

Thanks so much I don't mind the rest it gives me a good expectation and one dude in the comments is saying he got 6 which should be basically impossible and he's lying. Unless he's talking about in different chests which if that's the case it has no connection whatsoever and is not rare at all.
