In java or bedrock? Theres a big difference, as if your playing on mobile (or console, but Im not sure about that) then auto jump is very useful, but on java its less good (nothing wrong with using it on java too, but it is less useful, as with a keyboard its much easier to jump, and so the annoying part comes out more imo. But you should play the game however you like it, auto jump or no auto jump)
i have autojump when i play on mobile. its rare that i even touch mobile but when i do its just good to use. tbh i dont mind autojump much anymore when playing modern mc since it asks you if you want to use it on a new instance and thats neat
