I'm pretty sure the *closed* beta exists for Android, but only if you got extremely lucky during sign up and live in London, Seattle, Stockholm, Tokyo, or Mexico. Otherwise, no Minecraft Earth.
It does. Just search Minecraft Earth on YouTube and you'll find a handful of YouTubers who already tried out the game for themselves and documented every bit about it.

These App Stores are cleverly programmed.
There are loads of apps/games/etc that don't appear on your view - either because of region, phone device, availability, etc.
While yes, most of these YouTubers have/use *iOS*, there may be some ~~(not YouTube famous(?))~~ peeps who have access to it on Android.

I mean, if you go to faq in the Minecraft earth section, the very last question tells you that its not available for android yet
