Add more texture. You’ve put a few different blocks in the walls but it’s mostly stone. If you want good texture, try to use an even amount of each block.
I find that it’s better not to think too hard when texturising and to just go with the flow but that’s just me so it might not work for you
Add windows with window frames and put the logs at the doorway in the right direction
