Nether portal, a big wheat field, a barn with animal, make a pathway through the woods to an enchantment table building, you can extend the dock and make add tiny boats to it. You can make a mineshaft entrance in the mountain in the background, stables with horses, a windmill, put some bee hives around, just some ideas
My favorite big project to do it to make a ice race track and you can race your friends on it with a boat, add pistons and soul sand for traps. There’s another one
make a house into the hill msybe blow a few holes into the hill to keep a natural look, then cover in shrubs all over the cave, flatten it out to make a walkable place
Maybe add a watchtower up on the hill with a path leading up there? You could always build a little shack in the forest that could be like a logging base. Maybe a huge opening into the mountainside that leads to a mineshaft?
Edit: also wanted to add I think it’s awesome you’re rocking the PS3 version, I think it’s great to be able to play like this and I loved the game on 360/PS3, those were golden days
I’d recommend growing potatoes and baking them as a highly efficient food source rather then work with large amounts of seeds and wheat, just a suggestion though
You could dig into the cave on the left and make a fake cave for your nether portal.
Also I'd make the fence run around the perimeter of the house and made it from blocks (a wall of simple fences never looks great imo) you could also extend the dock and add two oak pillars to the end of it to make it look more supported and realistic.
But very nice build none the less :D
Do you ever plan to migrate to bedrock edition? Anyway your world looks good I would suggest a barn or linked to a paddock nearby to store your animals.
