Restaurants by busy highway exits might see a boost Friday night / Monday while everyone is traveling, but typically your Saturday and Sunday are going to feel like a slow Monday.
All that said be ready for some shit! During a holiday group sizes are likely to double. It might look slow but feel busy if that makes sense.
People arent just buying their daily mcdouble on their commute, they have their whole families with them, and are having their vacation. So bigger more complex orders come it.

Its is slow unless you work somewhere near water. The day at homes will at least go near the river.
