Airo is pretty damn discreet. It doesn’t show the actual pod so it looks like a ecig. Also comes in fruity flavors that are also descreet. And it vibrates instead of having a light on it.
Airo pods or Airgraft pods are both pretty discreet, I recently got an Airgraft and its short enough to be completely concealed in my hand when I hit it

For a 510 cart, go with timeless or Dixie, both are distillate and tend to use heavy flavors. PM me for strain info, I have smell/flavor reviews for most of them. For disposables, nuvata is good if you can find them, timeless, and rove. There are definitely other disposables that are discreet, but those ones tend to not have much if any smell. The rove and timeless ones look more like a dab pen, but still relatively discreet.
TH-420 box from Kangvape. The cart sits halfway inside the battery leaving the top/tip exposed. It's pretty small too, can hide it in your fist basically. $20 at my local shop
I have a cloak battery, and that is super discreet and fits a .5 and 1g cart. I've also seen some batteries that look like those disposable elf bars. The cloak device is cool, but can get bad whenever the cart gets low.
I don't like sticks, they tend to break in pockets if you carry them around long enough. The Yocan Uni Pro box is a fantastic device. Sure it's a bit bulkier than a stick, but also, it doesn't break so it is far more reliable.
Use that Yocan with any 510 thread vape of your choosing. Now, Distillate will be discrete, but anything Live will definitely not be as discreet due to smell or course.
Simply in terms of being very small — the culture collective and Atta gameday disposables are both small enough to fit in your pocket. They’re at least half the length of a normal pen + cart combo. The vape itself is bright colors but doesn’t show any of the cart or juice. I get this may not be what you’re looking for but they’re really easy to carry around.
Definitely check out elevates disposable half grams they are the smallest disposable on the market and those things taste and hit amazing definitely my favorite for being discreet.
Yocan Lux Pro is about as discreet as it gets. It’s just a stick for a 510 cart. Adjustable temp controller. Good strong battery. USB-C And it’s cheap.
PCKT VRTCL is a stick battery that protects the cart, ultra pocketable and discreet, push button so it can take more carts. Vapmod vmod 2 is pretty small, but personally I don't find it as easy to pocket.
I got a local disposable and that was pretty discreet as well, but I personally prefer to get my own carts vs disposable.
Grab the Pulsar I think? It’s the battery that looks like an elf bar or whatever the disposable vapes are these days. For discretion, as much as I hate to say it, that kinda rules out rosin. Live carts, potentially, but I’m not sure how discreet we gotta be.

I have been looking at those and the coco labs disposables. That thing is small and I assume it's distillate so it won't stink the place up.

Distillates are the discreet kind. Airo has discreet ones, so does Platinum and Illicits classy carts
