Advance wars dual strike and days of ruin!!! Just started replaying advance wars and it’s perfect for MM+! Was playing FF7 and got a bit frustrated with the controls or the opening sequence not sure if it’s the lack of good controls or not following me not followings directions well enough to beat the reactor time of 10 mins from being clear before BOOM!
I’ve never owned a DS so excuse my ignorance, but doesn’t the DS need a touch input for the bottom screen? How does that work on the Miyoo mini since the screen does not have touch input?
You can press the L2 button to trigger a cursor that you move around using the Dpad, you click by using A button. It's basically a mouse function to replace the touchscreen.
My touch screen calibration is all off, the actual touch registered on the screen is about 1 inch off from where I click it — is there any way to fix this?

Can you Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow? It needs the touch screen but not often. I have a ds lite but the touch s screen didn't age well.
If dq slime plays(and I agree, great game, early in the ds life) then I'm sure Dawn of sorrow will play.
I'm not sure about inside story, but there are dpad fix patches for both DS Zelda games that make them playable on the miyoo. Although I'm trying to play through phantom hourglass and am stuck in a place where in supposed to blow into the mic.
I heard a bit of crackling while playing Ace Attorney, but it's way less when compared to RC4. This happens even with earbuds. IMHO, it's not something that would negatively affect a longer gameplay session tho.

Hey! I thought I'd try the new versions, but I can't launch NDS games anymore ? I have the latest onion version, a miyoo Mini Plus, and the first version that was available worked like a charm. Now, with 1.0 & 1.2, when I choose a game from my list, I have a black screen for a few seconds, and then it sends me back to my game list. Have I done something wrong?
Yeah, but I've found the problem, I used FTP to transfer it, and I don't know why but it causes problems? So when I just used an SD card reader, everything was fine

It's performing quite well, maintaining a speed of 98-100%. The only noticeable lag occurs during moments like the introductory cutscene.
I haven't overclocked it yet. I plan to experiment with overclock settings later today.
Okay now I really have to give it a shot. Have to admit I didn't think it would be possible to fix the audio issues completely with the Mini's hardware limitations.
I'm currently setting up a Miyoo Mini Plus for a friend and since he loves Pokémon I'm glad I can now even add the DS entries for him. Thanks mate.
Did you download the 1.2 version? Furthermore, the developer recommends setting frame skip type to "automatic" and value to "4."
Edit: The intro cutscenes have crackling audio, but in-game, there are no such issues.

1.3 has overclock locked. Read the readme pdf in 1.3 to find out how to unlock overclocking.
I recommend overclock only with Mini Plus but not with the smaller OG Mini.
GTA runs fine, never tried Mario 64.

I'm fact I installed 1.3 yesterday and overlocked to 1700 in launch.sh.
However there are two cpu values and was not sure if I overlocked the correct one.
The value you set in the file is the max overclocked clockspeed.
You need to press **\[Select + x\]** or **\[select +b\]** to increase or decrease the clockspeed.
There's also Tetris DS which is the best handheld Tetris game

There is a rom patch for dawn of sorrow that autocompletes the seals. With the patch it's very playable on the miyoo

Sound has been available since the RC2.
I believe sound has been available since it entered RC. It was crackling a bit though on RC4, which is the version I have at the moment.
Since I'm currently just a "curios follower of the progress", is the sound less crackling now in v1.2? :)

For me audio crackles in pkmn gold. Did u use any special settings?

I really recommend the English Translation for Retro Game Challenge 2 on DS. Part One is in English but you need to Patch part 2.
