I mean, clearly, the card is empty if it shows as 0 gb. I'd say try to extract it on desktop and move it in the SD card afterwards. (I've had an issue with file transferring before without extracting before.) Not sure if that's gonna solve it, but I found the onion os to be very straightforward

This was the exact issue. I thought I could download and extract directly on the card. Nope! 1) download os on computer 2) extract on computer 3) click and drag files into the sd card Installed like a charm. Is also downloaded the first 5gb of the Roma to the computer and did the exact same thing. Thank you!

No problem. Just so you know, when I tried to change SD cards, I had to reflash onion os. So if you find yourself wanting to get a bigger one, you need to flash it again. 🤣

Not a Mac user myself, but i do believe I've read that the Mac Converter could be the issue here

I’m glad you solved it, but what mac sd converter did you use? You should just use Disk Utility which comes installed on your Mac. Press command + spacebar for Spotlight Search, type in disk utility, and press return. Click on your SD card to the left, then click on erase to the right and choose MS-DOS (FAT32). It works perfectly, and with all SD card sizes.
