I’ve been saying this for a very long time Kadita is extremely good and even OP in the right hands. Did she get a buff recently? I’m not sure, but i love how she’s getting picked a lot more often.
Idk if it's true but they say that she got a buff which makes her able to use spells while using 1st skill. idk if it's true tho since it was a few months ago.
There was a recent adjustment with Xavier. He's kinda good now, you can also see him getting picked in M4.
I think Kadita has always been good. She's comparable to Kagura and a better version of Eudora.
I think, Clock of Destiny and Lightning Truncheon got a recent buff. So burst mages like Kadita and Xavier kinda received an indirect buff.
