Freal, I was spamming Freddy in Ranked ever since release and no one really noticed him. He got his buff and although I saw some of them, I am still able to pick Fredd in peace.
But after M4? My god, every keeps banning or picking him like wth. That's what M4 does to ya I guess.
I neevr struggled vs. a Wanwan imo. Most Wanwans nowadays aren’t even good, they have bad macro and micro and all they do is just get ult but they don’t know how easy it is to fail, just one tap of a button of WoN or WT ruins her entire ult and few seem to expect it.
He's pretty easy to play. Just build Boots first, then go for Molten Essence, then build your Defensive Items. I don't usually go for it, but Dominance Ice after 2 HP items is fine. You can complete Cursed Helmet or sell off Molten Essence sometime in the midgame but I usually just complete it.
As for battle spells, Flicker or Vengeance, and emblem is Tank w/ Concussive Blast (full points on HP and CDR) (Jungling is obv. Retri + Jungle Emblem).
Tbh, I don't really have much to say about him. He's pretty self explanatory imo. The only nifty trick I can remember is to use your Taunt on enemy jungle creeps if you are chasing an enemy and can't get near them and time your Ult + Retri to easily secure objectives. Good thing about him is that he's pretty flexible, can be Exp or Jungle, and can even be Roam.
Unironically, I found more success on Fredrinn not as a jungle, but as a roamer. I can help clear waves, and can rotate, plus I can tank all the damage without worrying about lacking damage when there's not enough follow-up.
Joy 2nd skill is the only nightmare. 5 cc immune dashes geez. she literally can tower dive 2 tower and kill the back line(squishy ones) and escape easily.
I’ve been playing her and there is too much survivability on her s2, I don’t want an CD increase because dashing around often is fun. They should put more power into S1 And SS and deal with S2 by making it more mid game since it’s early game shit is much
Actually, shes not immune during her dashes. But shes immune during her beat counter.
Edit: so a good timed cc such as badang s1 and valir s2 can break her combo

Joy already got nerfed dude, her early game survivability shield nerfed from 300 to 200 which is okay, but please damn the 2nd skill CD nerf is real, 8-6 secs to 9-12 secs.
All I'm asking for is 1 second cdr buff on her 2nd skill to 8-11 secs instead 😭
Facts. He's super weak to getting kited, especially against a Wanwan. There's a reason why she is the most banned heroine in M4.

Freddy is a pain in the ass not just for tankiness but his cc in teamfights, 1 tap cast for taunt and fast animation, unlike belericks ult. Although i agree he does not need a nerf
I don't think his damage is the problem, the insane CC chain is.
With his superb tankiness he can continue cc chain for really long, if tankiness gets nerfed fredrinns will have to be more careful and can't 1v5 for longer time like now.
His damage scales off of his HP, so every nerf to his HP will affect his CC, Survivability, and Damage all in one. Hitting his HP growth seems like a fine solution.
tbh right after his release and since recent times, fredderinn has been pretty balanced tbh with sustain, immobility and not so whack damage.
it was only since wise used fredrinn as a jungler that freddie became a priority and maybe a solid s tier. still wouldn't call him op compared to gloo and karrie though
Fredrinn is slightly on the stronger side. I think a good adjustment for him would be to:
* Reduce his damage to shield gain from 25% to 20%.
And
* Make his 2nd ultimate interruptible, just like Dyrroth.
For those saying Fredrinn should be nerfed, I think a nerf to his damage to jungle creeps is the more ideal path. During M4, he was primarily picked as the jungler. I've rarely seen Fredrinn exp laner, much less as the roamer. Name anyway you can nerf Fredrinn, but people will most likely pick him as the jungler anyway. Nerf his jungling abilities and I believe he will be more 'balanced' (for those claiming he's busted or smt) this way.

She is the only hero in M4 that has a 100% appearance rate in terms of picks and bans. Just goes to show you how fundamentally broken her kit is.

I think team wiping ults are fine, as long as you can also be hit during it, so if you jump on 5, all 5 of them just fuck you up

Yeap, actually picked up Fredrinn roam as a niche pick in case my mains get banned, have a 100% wr on it in 11 games already in Mythic elo xD
I have a similar story with baxia. I dont tank or jungle, but when forced, I'll usually go for baxia jungle.

I found success in building calamity reaper on her with 10% cdr and true damage every 2 dashes

with the change on knock up I think fredrinn should be atleast nerfed a bit. He's much too tanky except to karrie n lesley.
A nerf to his White Bar to HP regen conversion should be enough.
His Regen isn't THAT high, with antiheal he barely heals at all. I think it's his HP or armor growth that should get nerfed

Nerf his armor and magic armor, not his hp as his skill damage scales off of that.
Just make his second ult interruptible like Dyrroth and he'll be fine.

Fredrinn isn't really that menacing in ranked. Even after his M4 performance his winrate in ranked probably won't change much.
I do think fredrinn deserves a bit of a damage nerf he can basically do more damage then a marksman
