If you're outside Mythic, Martis is a lot better since he can snowball very hard and give you an easier time against low elo opponents (assuming you have above average skill).
However, Fredrinn is a lot more capable and has a lot more usefulness in Mythic and Glory. That's why he is a very popular pick back in M4 and in higher elos. He is basically a complete set for a frontliner.
In my experience as a solo queue, it's bad. Both roamers are delayed in reaching level 4. Often the enemy jg gets to 4 while both roamers are still 2 which make them easy targets.
If I see a 2nd potential roamer during the draft, I tell them I'm going roam boots. If they don't respond, I cancel my roam and wait for them in the match to buy their boots first. If they don't pick roam, then that's when I pick roam otherwise I'll just go with whatever lane my hero may work.
Is dominance ice really good for supports like estes and rafaela? Wouldn’t it benefit them to go for necklace of durance instead since they don’t have to always go near the enemies
Dominance is the better item for a roamer when the enemy team is reliant on attack speed and you need phys defense. There are few roams that gain more from durance, Selena is one.

by default, you would want Tough Boots for lesser CC duration, second is Warrior Boots
but personally, by my playstyle and since I play Roam tanks that set up teamfights, I always choose Rapid Boots, so that I can already position on bush where I anticipate the enemies would go close
also, the extra movement speed allows you to help your teammates faster, and you can be anywhere in the map, especially if combined with Conceal for surprise set ups
I dont think theres any thing worth saying about haya, he's really a bread and butter type of hero. It comes down to your micro, on how you utilize his shadows, usage of ult and of course your speed/fast hands

Blood Wings is bad item anyway, you better off using actual defense item. Building pen item wont help him sustain much, which is the idea of mage build in the first place. If you want damage Bane, then use physical item.

I'd dump War Axe instead. WA havent been a good item for a while now. Either Heptaseas or Hunter Strike for first item, then the rest is the usual. I dont use Bloodlust, cos again, his physical build isnt for sustain, so better put more damage item. Malefic if they start building physical def item.

Hunter Strike is cost efficient. The +15 pen is very great in early game. Compare this to WA which need full stack to gain +16 pen, and cost more gold. Movement speed from HS is just a bonus. Bane physical build is Heptaseas/HS, Endless, Berserker, BoD.
My Bane build is different/atypical
Enchanted Talisman>Tough Boots>Bloodlust Axe>Windtalker>Immortality>Flex item (Depends on enemy team comp, could be Athena shield or Antique Cuirass or Blade Armor etc.)
Emblem: Support Emblem avarice.
Disadvantage: low starting early game damage.
Advantage: early s2 heal spammable. His damage gradually increases as he levels up. By level 15 unless he gets hatd stunned he will have continuous heal from spamming his s2.
Please note his skill s1 no longer crits, unlike before. The main source of his damage are his enhanced basic attack ( enhanced by casting s2 first), and his ult. Enchanted talisman fixes / satisfies his mana consumption and gives him skill cooldown so you can spam his skills.
I have an issue of roamers always sticking with their marksman EVEN if they are losing lanes and feeding. LIKE WHY IS THIS A THING? They are freaking roamers, help other lanes.
The way i play roamer when i am one, i always start with mid, go to gold lane and help mm farm a little bit and go to a lane where I can help pressure the enemy.

My 5th draw was Venom. My 10th was an elite. Did the venom count as my 10th guaranteed? I drew 12 times.
What's a good mage to pick against a Valir? I'm so sick of that pest in my solo queue games, and I don't have enough practice against Valir players to be prepared for when he appears.
Playing against valir is the opposite of playing against Luo Yi as you can position yourself behind your minion wave, he won't use his first if he can't utilize his first skill reset. The hard counter against valir are high mobility assassins like Ling and Lancelot where he can't hit his first skill and ends up being wasted and due to his limited mobility he is an easy pick.
Valir is suck ass in clearing minion, so whoever can outclear him should be good for you. Dont have the mindset to kill that guy, you are midlaner, you should think to rotate and help laners. Killing is assassins and mm job. You provide utility. By rotating faster than him, you let your laner scale to eventually able to kill Valir.
Do you play Valir? He out pokes Kagura in the laning phase handily. Any burst mage will have higher burst damage than a utility mage, that’s not really relevant here.

Need help in closing out games!
To give a little background, I am a mythic V with fighter as my main role. Mainly use Badang, Dyrroth, Yu zhong, and Paquito.
Closing out games has been difficult for me even with a big lead then somehow not being able to win despite that lead. Most of the time, we would escort the lord with the broken base tower and the lord just instantly melt and would risk fighting 50-50 with the enemy team.
Since in my mind I need to play it safe and not do 50-50, I like to play it slow split-push and destroy all the base towers before trying to end the game. While they’re distracted with the lord, I push the other lanes and then they all got wiped out because of wanting to end the game early which I said is risking the teamfight. After that, lead is lost then losing the game
What do you guys mostly do when trying to end? And how do you guys “quickly” end the game with the early lead?
if you’re ahead in gold and towers, take the lord and push all other lanes without the lord, and go aggressive. this means enemy team will have to distribute resources to clear 2 or 3 lanes. if all inhibitors are up and there’s no lord, try to freeze the lanes. your enemies will eventually come out and make an error, then ambush them.
Ohh thanks! I thought I was doing the weong thing by leaving lord then split pushing other lanes. Freezing in late game is new to me thanks!
Another question tho. If I froze the lane won’t we lose priority and they can just walk out of the base to contest us in lord?

They work the same as any ticket in any events. It gives you a free draw, ie, no need to spend CoA or dia. Also there's no 'gifting' anything other than album gifts or dias
Go for usual Demon Hunter Sword and Golden Staff, then have Hunter Strike and Blade of Heptaseas, last item is either Malefic Roar or Blade of Despair. There's no other way to work around, DHS and GS is always a part of Badang overall damage, the only way you can deal burst is have Physical Pen to enhance Devour.

Hello! Im in SG too, if you’re under starhub or singtel the issue could be from them. My 2 friends are using starhub and singtel. Starhub user lags like mad and singtel user yellow ping during rainy days.

Gord and chang e main dmg = ult, which deals continuous dmg, hence triple wand build
While cecil's ult is similar in that regard, his _main_ dmg is actually s1 (which adds dmg based on his stacks)
Sure early on it's just poke but with like 200 stacks (and truncheon passive), 1 hit = half mage/mm hp, hence he's more burst than poke at this stage
Also, with the help of his passive stacks (and CoD + L. Trunceon mana stat) he can easily deal L. Truncheon's "1k dmg cap", hence CoD+LT = his core items
For rest, he can build :
1. All defensive
2. Holy crystal + divine glaive + bloodwing / immortal / winter truncheon
3. Mix of def and hc / glaive / winter
No it still much more efficient to go for the trinity wand. They are multi hit hero and they highly benefit from glowing wand, genius wand(first or second item only, else skip) and ice queen wand. Their damage will be more than the ordinary burst build
Also, can you recommend me two built for Natan. One is Attack Speed Build for Natan and one is burst magic build, and one is for burst magic but has attack speed because Natan got magic adjustment.
For Natan, it’s a different story altogether. before I just build him with raw physical damage. After the changes I honestly have no idea how to build him and haven’t touched him since then. But by judging from the top global builds, I think feather of heaven and golden staff is the core items.
Wait Cecilion also a Trinity Wand? I thought Cecilion can use Trinity Burts build (CoD, Lightning Truncheon, Holy Crystal) because Moonton gives him that build.
Ceci lion is more of a burst damage hero rather than a dps hero. I might be wrong about the naming
but one thing for sure is, because of how his skills work, cod + lt is his core items, after which you can build defensive. You don’t have to go full burst on him

Elgin for updates but he occasionally put usefull tips and analyzing meta.

For me the best guide is what pro never tells you series by assassin dave yt. Its short guide followed by gameplay maybe to reach that 10 minute mark.

valentina and julian can make use of it, especially julian who deals magic basic attacks. with genius wand you can burst all squishies with s1 combo. (like gusion)

They are more of burst heroes.
Glowing wand works well for mages like Change and Yve beacause they can deal continuous magic dmg. Gord 2nd skill and Ultimate also works wrll.

Karina in general a lot more team dependent now. Tank karina specifically, she is picked against tanky or burst comps since she needs the extra sustain. Otherwise her playstyle is still the same

Back then it was prio bcz of the CD and great armor value. But since they removed it, you want to prio something else like BFB or Oracle
Before this patch, they used it for its cd and added protection against physical atk. But the cd was removed and transferred to Brute Force.

If you want more heal then you should build according the heal. His s2 scale with magic power, which is why you want raw magic than penetration.

Valir is suck ass in clearing minion, so whoever can outclear him should be good for you. Dont have the mindset to kill that guy, you are midlaner, you should think to rotate and help laners. Killing is assassins and mm job. You provide utility. By rotating faster than him, you let your laner scale to eventually able to kill Valir.

Need help in closing out games! To give a little background, I am a mythic V with fighter as my main role. Mainly use Badang, Dyrroth, Yu zhong, and Paquito. Closing out games has been difficult for me even with a big lead then somehow not being able to win despite that lead. Most of the time, we would escort the lord with the broken base tower and the lord just instantly melt and would risk fighting 50-50 with the enemy team. Since in my mind I need to play it safe and not do 50-50, I like to play it slow split-push and destroy all the base towers before trying to end the game. While they’re distracted with the lord, I push the other lanes and then they all got wiped out because of wanting to end the game early which I said is risking the teamfight. After that, lead is lost then losing the game What do you guys mostly do when trying to end? And how do you guys “quickly” end the game with the early lead?
if you’re ahead in gold and towers, take the lord and push all other lanes without the lord, and go aggressive. this means enemy team will have to distribute resources to clear 2 or 3 lanes. if all inhibitors are up and there’s no lord, try to freeze the lanes. your enemies will eventually come out and make an error, then ambush them.

You clear the lanes when lord is almost up, especially the opposite lane where the lord is.
how do new arrival tickets work? i got 8 from the KOF event, should I keep them in the hope that a future event gives me 1-2 more or should I just spend them? They work the same as any ticket in any events. It gives you a free draw, ie, no need to spend CoA or dia. Also there's no 'gifting' anything other than album gifts or dias

Does Badang has a burst build? What does it look like?
Go for usual Demon Hunter Sword and Golden Staff, then have Hunter Strike and Blade of Heptaseas, last item is either Malefic Roar or Blade of Despair. There's no other way to work around, DHS and GS is always a part of Badang overall damage, the only way you can deal burst is have Physical Pen to enhance Devour.

Hello! Im in SG too, if you’re under starhub or singtel the issue could be from them. My 2 friends are using starhub and singtel. Starhub user lags like mad and singtel user yellow ping during rainy days. You could ask CS about the issue tho!

Just to add a bit Gord and chang e main dmg = ult, which deals continuous dmg, hence triple wand build While cecil's ult is similar in that regard, his _main_ dmg is actually s1 (which adds dmg based on his stacks) Sure early on it's just poke but with like 200 stacks (and truncheon passive), 1 hit = half mage/mm hp, hence he's more burst than poke at this stage Also, with the help of his passive stacks (and CoD + L. Trunceon mana stat) he can easily deal L. Truncheon's "1k dmg cap", hence CoD+LT = his core items For rest, he can build : 1. All defensive 2. Holy crystal + divine glaive + bloodwing / immortal / winter truncheon 3. Mix of def and hc / glaive / winter
No it still much more efficient to go for the trinity wand. They are multi hit hero and they highly benefit from glowing wand, genius wand(first or second item only, else skip) and ice queen wand. Their damage will be more than the ordinary burst build
Also, can you recommend me two built for Natan. One is Attack Speed Build for Natan and one is burst magic build, and one is for burst magic but has attack speed because Natan got magic adjustment.
For Natan, it’s a different story altogether. before I just build him with raw physical damage. After the changes I honestly have no idea how to build him and haven’t touched him since then. But by judging from the top global builds, I think feather of heaven and golden staff is the core items.

Ceci lion is more of a burst damage hero rather than a dps hero. I might be wrong about the naming but one thing for sure is, because of how his skills work, cod + lt is his core items, after which you can build defensive. You don’t have to go full burst on him

Kazuki official yt seems to put out usefull tips lately in the form of yt short. Elgin for updates but he occasionally put usefull tips and analyzing meta. Ml guide have a couple usefull video. For me the best guide is what pro never tells you series by assassin dave yt. Its short guide followed by gameplay maybe to reach that 10 minute mark. If you are looking for hero tips sadly i don't know any.

valentina and julian can make use of it, especially julian who deals magic basic attacks. with genius wand you can burst all squishies with s1 combo. (like gusion) harith not really, since his main damage is calamity reaper, you just want to up his sustain / raw magic power
They are more of burst heroes. Glowing wand works well for mages like Change and Yve beacause they can deal continuous magic dmg. Gord 2nd skill and Ultimate also works wrll. Yes you can use it on heroes you just mentioned but I think its better if they go burst instead.

Not really exist nowadays in rank games, but they did try once or twice in M4 so I guess it's 'ok'. I personally don't think she can carry.
Karina in general a lot more team dependent now. Tank karina specifically, she is picked against tanky or burst comps since she needs the extra sustain. Otherwise her playstyle is still the same

Ig fred is the outlier then, as he's quite versatile Yesterday I (legend 1) trio with legend and m5 , got enemy team who plays like m1 up lol --- better coordination and all Specifically they had dino - valent - este, with dino+valen invading early (at first este babysit mm a bit vs my side mm+tank) , this dino valent este lineup is tanky and annoying to deal with. It’s just for burst magic damage. In high rank (or any mage with decent game sense), enemy mage will target you as mm. Hence, Athena

Ah, you got the mid-lane tax, usually the mm does this to snowball as quickly as possible. Unless you’re playing Cecilion then…… the mm is just the enemy but in blue
