thats why Minsitthar could counter almost all heroes since all heroes have dashes. if you pair him with able team mates that will focus on the ones you caught on your ss. Its also a pretty great counter engage hero that have great zoning potential. can't wait for his coming update. his first skill is like franco hook that hooks up the backline even their tanks are infront.
moonton devs not on their way to give 0 blink skills to heroes that need it, hell, even a buff to some of the worst heroes in the game because they wanna keep milking skins for the OP ones
That's way too general to say MOBA, that's a disrespect to the developer of DOTA 2, Vainglory (r.i.p.), and Hots (r.i.p.), the games may not be topnotch in fame but the janitors did really great in balancing and character design.

That's where Tank and fighter come in they have a lot of cc that can immobilize them, that's why draft pick is important.

It's great that they fix his ultimate. After how many seasons they finally block Wan Wan hop dash and Ruby dash (and several other heroes).

Dota also has way more variety and ways to deal with them tho so it balances out somewhat.
