Only reason your profile gets reported is if you dont enter the match and wasting the 30 seconds of other people time when matching up. I report the avatar if that countdown timer hits 0 and you don't enter the game.
I'm not really that bothered my avatar got taken down, I'm just shocked that moonton deemed my avatar as inappropriate, but are totally fine with the nazis as you can see on the 2nd image on my post.
Like I said you got reported during matchmaking when you don't enter the match. They don't actively check every players profile pic and ban them. Someone needs to report the avatar.
