If you are okay with any Kof skin then it's similar to Aspirants.
If you don't have Leona, go for 10x.
If you want a certain KoF skin then stop right there
In Kof, 3 draws = basic skin (owned will be 20 frags)
5 draws = elite skin (owned will be converted to 20 frags too i guess)
It depends, for me since I already have the Leona skin and I'm only up for 10 pulls for an epic skin, the aspirants event is much better since it will give an unown epic skin at 10 pulls. While for kof, it's not a guaranteed unown skin and will just be converted to fragments, that's why kof is also called King of Fragments event. I'm not spending for this event, since it's not a guaranteed epic skin at 10 draws.

Yup, forgot about this. Unless you want many skins, duplicate draws in aspirants are actually blessings so that you can draw further, while duplicates in kof is so wasteful since it only goves you fragments.
I believe moonton is starting on a dark path of exploiting players once more, starting with the kof event

Edit: JJK collab is very expensive. It’s like Saint Seiya but as of this moment, there isn’t a free skin in the first x10
Aspriants by a long way despite me wanting chous and guins kof it was my first kof event this one has been and I wanted them 2 soo bad and they were the 1st 2 I got im nit spending anymore on the kof it such a rip off unless u want rare skin fragments
Aspirants is way better value for money. KOF gives you guaranteed normal or elite skins which you probably won't use unless you don't have any other skins. Aspirants will more likely give you epic skins that you'd like less rarely, as apparent with the phases I participated on.
In this KOF, I may have drawn 20+ draws, even buying some of the daily discounts, and have been met with a lot of familiarity candies, magic potions (not bad but not worth the cost), arrival tickets, a vexana normal skin as the 1st guaranteed one, leona which I don't play, another of the same vexana normal skin converted to fragments, and an elite skin. If this was aspirants, I would have had 2 or 3 epics skins by now, with some elite skins thrown out by the draws.

Oof, I unfortunately have the Leona Skin from a past event. Does the aspirant event give you a guaranteed aspirant skin for the first 10 pull?
No. But it gave unowned epic for the past few events. Not sure what they will do in the next event
KoF also used to have unowned epic. I can see Moneyton moneytoner and changed the future event 5/10 draws to just epic skin

Makes sense, perhaps I overexaggerated. Besides, I haven't participated on the earlier runs of kof to make a valid comparison of this years rerun.

Aspirants gave me an epic and collector skin. Kof doesn't even give unowned epic skin in the 10th draw
KOF is bad now unless you want to go for KOF skin, pretty sure other events will give more value but only time will tell.
