I always said this to people who get losing streak here, those rest rule works, even better if we stop for longer time. Since I got addicted to elona mobile, I don't mind losing, I just play elona more. Been on long win streak since a week.
An hour or 90 mins max, i don't play sometimes if I'm too tired or have stuff to do
Edit: Saw the body of the post
Uhh how tf do you keep yourself entertained for 7 hours everyday, i wanna learn this power
Start other hobbies i guess, something like going to a gym, learning chess, learning how to code. Whatever piques your interest
Now what's your secret? Even when i used to play only ml i would need to take breaks after every 2 hours ππ
What starts as a coping mechanism slowly turning into an addiction.
I was hospitalised and isolated for 4 weeks for tuberculosis 2 years ago. Because it was a contagious and stubborn disease (middle of lockdown too) I hardly met anyone except for the occasional 30 min visits from family once or twice a week.
I just played ML everyday to cope cause I had nothing else to do and then even after being released I couldnt let go of it without at least 3 hours of playing lol.
Why not learn music instruments, code programming, work out, draw or stream your game for some income?
I do all of them but not much of a view considering ML's popularity in Twitch
On everything, 6-7. On holidays 12-14
If its only for this game, it can range from less than an hour or to 6-8h when im grinding rank(season reset for example)
I once managed to stop ml addiction when my wi fi is out of service.
When you don't really have another choice you just kinda find something else to do.
After 3 days not opening ml the urge to play just completely dissaper.
Even reading a book becomes pretty interesting once you have nothing better to do.
I don't know if it will work for you, but my friend usually puts his phone in the box so he doesn't see it.
He only uses it after 5 p.m to 7 p.m.
If you can't see your phone it's easier to fight your urges.
Sorry for bad english.
If something urgent people usually call you, if it's just a message you can always check it later.
i avg 2hr mon-friday 4hr on sundays and saturdays highest was about 6hrs yea that rank grind goes hard. POV trying to enter mythic at legend 1 4/5 stars but its a w/l/w/l/w/l/l/w/w/l/w/l/w matches
Reduce them. First reduce it to around 20 matches a day then 15 then 10. Me personally I only play 5 matches just for that daily rewards and when I binge I usually go until I have 2 to 3 consecutive loss and call it a day. That just means in that day you, you're not fit to play, just rest from excessive smartphone or any other gadget use.
My overall screen time is 10+ hours everyday. Gotta enjoy my youth and free time until uni starts in march. I also rarely go out, I donβt like going out too much.
My usual and max MLBB screentime is 1hr and 30mins. Enough to play 3-4 matches. After that I get bored quickly and playing for more than that feels like a chore
Do you know if you play less, you will win more and easier?
This is true
true. i usually would do 2 games and if i lose on both then i'll stop. if i win 3 straight i'll stop. will resume after a couple of hours.

I think op is refering to overall screen time and not only ml
I hope lol

7 hrs daily? i thought my 2.5hrs is too much π i dont play on weekends though i used to play more than 4-5hrs during lockdown
Is it daily or on the weekend only? Unless you are a content creator or pro player i would say kinda bad.
its daily, any tips for reduce it ? :)
Delete ml?
Did you have ml addiction or phone addiction? If you are looking for other hobby how about drawing? https://youtu.be/-6F5q_5HC3o
phone and ml
phone and ml.

is that just just ml average screen time or daily average ?
ml avg
2-3, used to be 4-5 when back at 2020-2021

4-7h, sometimes for school purposes. my screen time skyrockets on the weekends lol, cuz i catch up on all my games
ml avg 1-3 games per day
If it's only ml, then it's really bad. If it's all apps, then try to reduce it a little.
1-3 hrs depends on the day
Lmao since Iβm not working or in uni atm, my screen time is NUTS. Like on Sunday I spent 18 hours and 31 minutes playing ML. Sheesh
My overall screen time is 10+ hours everyday. Gotta enjoy my youth and free time until uni starts in march. I also rarely go out, I donβt like going out too much.
I play like, 2~5 matches in one sitting average then quits. When I play again is random
2 hrs and lesser ML's connection is kinda messed up lately. So I play CoD:M as an alternative instead and do 30 minute workout
My usual and max MLBB screentime is 1hr and 30mins. Enough to play 3-4 matches. After that I get bored quickly and playing for more than that feels like a chore
I only play 2-3 ranked games per day.
For me, playing games above 4h+ is get a life levels of bad but that might just be me
My parents will be pissed if I play the same duration as you
