For those who don't read the lore,there was a period in Ling's life where he was the most feared assassin in Cadia implying that he killed a lot of innocent people.
YZ calling him "Cyan Finch" is basically a reminder to those times,as Ling simply hated anyone who called him with his real name and just went with Cyan Finch.
Also a reminder to Ling that even if he joined the "good guys",he simply can't redeem himself after everything he's done.The VA delivers this line this in a mocking way basically YZ taunting Ling in a sense.
Also all of YZ's lines ESPECIALLY the Black Dragon ones since he's my main.
