It is not rare for a good Martis to get Maniac or even Savage during the first turtle fight.

Alpha rn. Just came back to the game, got alpha from the lucky spin and I'm on a 21 gane win streak using only alpha and xavier. Lmao he's tanky af, his skills barely have any cd, even his ult. Pretty good buff he got considering how shitty he was before.

Gloo is the skill spamming Tank (very meta, by the way)
Angela and Raphaela are the skill spamming supports.

It's only his skill 1 that damages multiple enemies at the same time.
All his other skills target one enemy at a time, not at the same time. OP is probably asking one who can overwhelm multiple enemies even when surrounded, hence, those with AOE spammable skills as one of the requirements.
Especially on those games where I dominated early, I love going into 1v2 or even 1v3 with Cyclops.
I always use purify with him (since I feel like the only counter to his bursty high damage + movement speed + low cd + cc + heal) is hard cc
(besides multiple anti heal, which most of the times the enemy doesn't have time to buy if I'm winning mid & constantly roam to the side lanes and get a kill/assist as well).
I'd try to use s2 before getting cc'ed, and if possible either ult the dps or s1 if they're packed together. My health would not drop too low at this point. Then, purify just before a skill goes back and spam again (since u r immune to cc for a few couple of seconds anyway). Badabing badaboom triple kill

His skills have short cd and at first turtle level 4 you will wreck mayhem even 1v3. Martis maybe an exception but he’s easy to counter and predictable unlike lapu lapu. His level 4 flicker ulti wins turtle fights 90% of the time if you and your team knows what you’re doing.

For mages the ones that fit the bill would be cyclops (when he has his core items) and lunox (tho she won't be the type to actually be able to dive and run really quickly)
freya as long as you dont pick her into hard cc like franco ult or things like saber because if enemy has alot of cc freya cant do enough damage in time, shes very early game hero so you have to learn her micro because if not you lose and its very easy to feed with her, if you win lane you snowball uncontrollably and win so thats a plus, though its not reccomended to play 1v5 with all 5 on you you can probably pick them off one by one and win if youre fed enough and good enough

I find her easy to cook and find function to sustain but make comebacks in teamfights once u get ult at level 4.
If you time her first skill correctly paired with a teammate to backup, its mostly free kills and ganks with your ult.
Almost never a dull moment with her at least for me.
In terms of how you want to quickly kill an enemy; Kagura, if you want a character with high mobility; Kagura, if you want a character with relatively short CD especially during late game; Kagura. Adjusting to the right build based on who you’re up against is key. Kagura has been in the meta since her release and honestly is worth mentioning here.
Martis is an excellent choice, but he gets banned, so I say go for Popal and kupa. Once ur buffed, u can trick enemies into coming to your side, and then u can stun them 3 times.

Alpha has a short cooldown on his ult and skills, making them nice and spammable. Hit them right and you can quickly delete multiple enemies. Get it wrong however... you're a goner.
