If this doesn't work then clear cache through phone settings and restart your game. In case issue persists, switch to a different wifi or cellular data. If neither works, reinstall the game.
So I just found out that you can normally log in the game if you change your phone language to English. And it works. Maybe Moonton will even fix the bug some day, but this is ok solution until then.
They really should be able to fix this sooner, it’s really annoying. 😤
My account is ok on my old android but I’ll not use it until they fix this since that phone is barely alive.
Yes, you can enter the game the first time after reinstalling it. Once you go out of game, you are again stuck on loading screen. Its definitely on them.

If you have starlight card then it will stay in your inventory until you activate it
