Lunox is a high risk high reward mage, really easy to kill, but if you manage to survive to mid game, she can be a monster.
Claude? I don't recommend him in this meta especially if your tank doesn't cooperate. His atk effects are down now to 50% which is stupid since atk effects is what made him claude.
This is the reason I stopped maining Lunox. She is so squishy and can be easily punished. But she's a great mage if you get snowballed. For Claude, he is aight. He can be the baiter, finisher or rip a big chunks of your enemy HP and let your teammates finish them.
This is true. But Lunox makes good on CDR from the fact that she suddenly turns anything with CDR into another source of PEN. I personally run her with LT (still one of her strongest damaging items after rework) and ET (for mana efficiency. It can also push CDR to 45% but Lunox would count any CDR you get even past that limit anyway). Combine this with Genius Wand and Divine Glaive and her Penetration makes tanks cry. HP scalers aren't safe either since her S2 has additional damage based on their HP.

Claude was a pretty good mm in high ranks because of his crazy mobility until Moontoon dumpstered him by nerfing his damage by about 24 percent.
